I can only describe this hotel as heaven on earth. Our room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, and was an absolute joy to awaken in the morning and greet the sun from our balcony overlooking the most magnificent view of the lake.
The spa area was pristine and we enjoyed a fabulous spa/sauna which was relaxing.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and had no hesitation in assisting us with our enquiries.
The only minor fault I found was the breakfast, the bacon and eggs were cold and very slow in replenishing. The breakfast bar was not equipped with serving spoons which made it awkward. Also tablespoons were missing from cutlery. Other than that, the other foods offered were very satisfying. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for anyone visiting Piediluco, it is amazing, just wish our stay was longer !

The worst hotel experiences of my life! There was a woman living, yes living, in a common area outside of our room. The bathroom was molding and very unclean. The food was barely edible. If you're used to staying at youth hostels, this place might seem nice, but it's terrible and i'd rather stay at a Motel 6 in the US.
The view is worth coming to this place.
The hotel is a bit outdated, used to be a great one and now needs some modernization. There is no real beach area, the food was okay. Many services and amenities of the hotel are not working. Internet connection wasn't great either.

Beautiful location, unfortunately rooms have no sound proof, cleaniness is not to my standard and room had a toilet smell. Bathroom is extremely small.
Very old hotel, good service. Make sure that you book a room on the 2th or 3th floor for this vieuw. Breakfast can be better and served on the 4th floor and you have this Great vieuw but the breakfastroom is very boring. The Village is very nice with good restaurants. Don't forget to walk in the lakeside.
